No Air Radar monitoring of the Umeed-i-Pakistan flight, the name given to the plane bringing PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan from Dubai, will be conducted due to security reasons, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
It has been learnt that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's plane has been given the VVIP status, which will not be monitored by the Radar operators due to security reasons.
Former three-time prime minister Nawaz Sharif is returning home today after ending his four years of self-exiled in the United Kingdom.
His charter plane took off from Dubai International Airport after 10:42 am Pakistan Standard Time and is expected to touch down at the Islamabad Airport after 1:30 pm.
The special Fly Dubai flight FZ 4525, which was originally due to depart Dubai at 9:30 AM but faced a delay of over an hour for unexplained reasons.
