Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is expected to replace current party chief Barrister Gohar and in this regard, party has started search for a suitable candidate among the party leadership, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Sources said PTI founder Imran Khan has sent a message to MNA Asad Qaiser to take over the chairmanship but at present he refused to do so.
Imran Khan is of the view that PTI leadership should be managed by former president Arif Alvi and former National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser. PTI claims that if suitable candidate was not found for the chairmanship, then Imran Khan himself will manage the party affairs from the jail.
