Two arrested for teasing on-duty warden

Two youth were arrested and handed over to local police for teasing an on-duty traffic assistant, police spokesperson said on Wednesday.

Hamza and Amir, residents of Bhatta Chowk, reportedly fled after teasing an on-duty official on Ghazi Road.

The cop informed the PRU force that nailed them and handed over to police concerned. A case has been registered against the duo.

CTO Syed Hammad issued warning to troublemakers to mend their ways.

“We are here to maintain order. Such a disgraceful act is intolerable,” he warned.
