Babar Ali admits Ranbir Kapoor copied his style in ‘Animal’

Pakistani star Babar Ali has appeared on Vasay Chaudhary’s show ‘Gup Shup’ where he talked about the famous Indian actor Ranbir Kapoor stealing his style in the blockbuster movie ‘Animal’.
The actor was questioned regarding the ongoing discussion on social media concerning the visual and scene similarities between Babar Ali's "Maula Jatt" character and Ranbir Kapoor's character Ranvijay Singh in ‘Animal’.
To which he replied, Allah has blessed us by making ‘Maula Jutt’ hit all over the world. He further said that nowadays everyone takes inspiration from many things, sometimes from a hero, a villain, a director, and a writer.
Babar stated:
“In ‘Animal’, there were many similarities: my initial getup, Ranbir’s look, and his violent scenes.
He also compared his character with Bobby Deol’s character in the movie. He said, As we both have very little screen time, my dialogue also got cut just like his.”
The actor concluded that it happens in these fields.
