Pakistan’s opening batter Abdullah Shafique added an unfortunate milestone to his cricketing career during the third ODI against South Africa in Johannesburg.
The 25-year-old became only the sixth Pakistani cricketer to register three consecutive ducks in One Day Internationals (ODIs).
Shafique’s struggles with the bat began in the series opener, where he was dismissed for a duck after facing only four deliveries.
