Locals rescue wounded leopard in Muzaffarabad

A rare leopard was seriously injured in Muzaffarabad Azad Jammu Kashmir Saturday after it fell into a ditch on the banks of river Neelam in area called Noseri possibly after hitting by a car, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The locals rushed to rescue the injured leopard a few kilometers away from Muzaffarabad city.
Wildlife Director Naeem Iftikhar Dar along with the team reached the site to rescue the leopard. He said that the lower body side of the leopard is not working.
Naeem Iftikhar Dar said the leopard will be rescued and given medical aid. Locals also offered chicken meat to provide the lost energy to the leopard.
