Aseefa Bhutto expresses heartfelt gratitude for Lahorites

Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and the daughter of the late Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Sunday expressed heartfelt gratitude for the exemplary participation of residents of Lahore in the party’s rally, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing the PPP public meeting in Lahore, she said the Lahorits proved that they were lovers of democracy and had an appetite for innovative political approaches.  

Aseefa Bhutto added that the mass gathering in the PPP rally stands as evidence that the people of Lahore have dismissed the dreamer of becoming the Prime Minister for the fourth time.

Aseefa Bhutto Zardari underscored Lahore's significance on the global stage, emphasizing the city's alignment with Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who stands shoulder to shoulder with the legacy of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.

Addressing the gathering, Aseefa remarked that the PML-N in Lahore could not stage a power show comparable to the PPP who did it on short notice.

She said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has challenged PML-N's prime ministerial candidate to a debate.

“If PML-N's prime ministerial candidate has courage, he should come live on TV and face the challenge of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's debate.
