This move comes amid ongoing disputes over the results of recent general elections.
The tribunal, led by Justice Anwar Hussain of the Lahore High Court, has directed the Election Commission to provide certified records of Forms 45, 46, and 47 along with affidavits.
Additionally, the tribunal has sought Form 45 records from all candidates in the affected constituencies for the next hearing. This includes the results uploaded by the returning officers.
Key cases under scrutiny include:
NA 118: Hamza Shehbaz's success as MNA is being contested by PTI-backed candidate Alia Hamza, who has filed a petition calling for the Form 45 records.
NA 117: Abdul Aleem Khan's victory is being challenged by independent candidate Ali Ejaz, prompting the tribunal to request Form 45 records.
PP 159: Maryam Nawaz's election as MPA is under dispute by PTI-backed candidate Meher Sharaft Ali.
PP 149: Shoaib Siddiqui's success as MNA is being contested by Zeeshan Rasheed from Lahore.
