Islamabad police have decided to take a stern action against the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for attacks on police and vandalism in the judicial complex, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The police have also initiated action against the government employees and expats involved in the violent incidents.
Letters are being written to foreign embassies for the arrest of the expats involved in violence.
Information about the government employees involved in the violent incidents is being sent to their departments, and a strict departmental action will be taken against them.
The process of identifying all the accused involved in violence is underway with the help of CCTV cameras.

The government employees involved in provocation on social media are also being identified. Action will be taken against those who spread provocation on social media.
Information about the employees of private institutions and companies involved in the violent incidents will be sent to their institutions.

Action is also being initiated against the facilitators.
According to the police, the number of people held for being involved in the violent protests has reached 316.
As many as 58 police officers were injured in the violent protests. A police checkpost and 20 motorcycles and 12 vehicles of police had been set on fire during the protests.
Islamabad police come hard on PTI workers for vandalism
The Islamabad police have started arresting government employees involved in vandalism, rioting and attacking law enforcers outside Federal Judicial Complex (FJC) during PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s appearance in court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Amid intense crackdown, an employee of National Institute of Health Zulfikar has been arrested by Bani Gala police.
Police said that the accused was identified with the help of CCTV cameras.
