Imran Khan is saved now as luxury tax of Zaman Park house paid

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan paid the luxury tax on his Zaman Park house in Lahore on an urgent basis on Monday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Excise and Taxation Department sent a notice of the luxury tax of Rs14,40,000 to Imran Khan yesterday (Sunday).
And, today was the last date for the submission of the luxury tax as the department said first they set May 14 last date to pay the tax but it was not responded. Now they have sent another notice and May 22 (today) was the last day to pay the luxury tax.
The Department further divulged that Imran Khan’s Zaman Park house was an old one but it was reconstructed anew and the Department had also sought its record last month.
The Department said Imran Khan's Zaman Park house could be sealed if the luxury tax was not paid on time.
