SHC orders removal of NAB-tainted officers

The Sindh High Court on Friday ordered removal of all officials nominated in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) references regarding Tourism Department corruption case.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, a divisional bench comprised of Justice Saadat Khan and Justice Adnan-ul-Kareem Memon ordered the Sindh chief secretary to remove the officials from their positions immediately while hearing the petition against the nominated officials in NAB references.
According to the court orders, the officials who are being investigated by NAB are not eligible to hold the positions. The courts orders to the chief secret to take immediate action against the corrupt officials of Sindh tourism department.
The bench further ordered to complete all the inquiries against the government officials while issuing notices to the chief secretary. The bench also ordered the CS to submit a report after acting upon the court orders.
