PPP terms postponement of census ‘disappointing’

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has termed the postponement of the national census as ‘disappointing’, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
In a letter to the Bureau of Statistics (BoS), former senator Taj Haider has said that putting off the census until March 2023 is a breach of the decision taken at the Council of Common Interests (CCI) meeting.
He further writes that it is surprising that no rebuttal of the news has been published in any newspaper as yet.
