Narendra Modi's government in India has become a joke to the world over a big failure of the G-20 summit in the disputed territory of Indian-Occupied Kashmir.

Modi Sarkar got a serious setback and a high embarrassment as China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Indonesia refused to join the summit over the issues of human rights violations and other oppressive policies of the Indian government.

While most of the countries, in view of security and other human rights violations, sent their lower-level staff to participate in the G-20 summit in Srinagar which was another slap on the face of Modi Sarkar.

The non-arrival of the G-20 countries and heads dealt a severe blow to the Indian efforts to portray the Indian aggression and brutality in Occupied Kashmir as a normal thing.
And this situation has been exposed by  United Nations (UN) Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues Fernand de Varennes in his tweet before the summit.

UN Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues Fernand de Varennes tweeted that holding a G-20 meeting in Jammu and Kashmir while massive human rights violations are ongoing is lending support to attempts by India to normalize the brutal & repressive denial of democratic & other rights of Kashmiri Muslims and minorities.

He added, “G20 should, on the contrary, uphold ‘International human rights obligations & the UN Declaration of Human Rights should be upheld… and the situation in Jammu and Kashmir should be decried and condemned, not pushed under the rug and ignored with the holding of this meeting.”

On the other hand, the statement of the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry also shows the distorted face of India. China has said it will not attend, citing its firm opposition “to holding any kind of G20 meetings in the disputed territory”.

Modi govt scars due to dubious security situation

Despite the deployment of Para Security Forces, National Security Guard, Marine Commandos, Central Reserve Police Force, and other law enforcement forces, the threat of various types of attacks at the G-20 summit became deadly for India.

Modi's government also blacked out the media due to security concerns and to avoid exposing the truth to the world while completely shutting down the Srinagar Valley in the face of fear.

On the other hand, the worldwide protests against the G-20 summit condemned the brutal Indian violence which reflected India's heinous and nefarious intentions.
