A video showing a woman's abduction at the Pakistan Chowk in the Hyderabad district of Sindh province surfaced, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
Footage showed armed car riders abducting the woman. According to police, the incident occurred on April 15 when Rehmat was returning from court with her husband.
The lawmen said her relatives took her Rehmat tied the knot with Ali Babbar, a resident of Kotri, they said, adding that her father-in-law and her husband accompanied her.
A case has been registered in the Makki Shah police station, SSP Amjad Shaikh said, adding that her parents took her and the police secured her release and produced her before the court. The accused got bail and the matter was settled now
