Head of the ruling alliance, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the state institutions are under international pressure over the issue of former premier Imran Khan as Jews and Indian lobbies are behind him.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Chief Maulana Fazl said on Wednesday that from the day Imran Niazi condemned the attack on Salman Rushdie, the Zionist lobby has started putting pressure on the Pakistani government through the United Nations and international media to give him a democratic cover now.
Maulana Fazl said the Zionist lobby wants to bring him back to power through the rigging. Maulana Fazlur Rehman said at the moment, the state institutions are under severe international pressure over the Imran issue.
He also stated that the state institutions are delaying action against Imran Khan's unlimited corruption, prohibited funding and rebel rebellion.
He warned that JUI will not avoid any role in the protection of the country's ideological basis and constitution if the state institutions will avoid taking legal action against the criminal (Imran Khan).
He also said that the human rights organizations, international media and the United Nations are promoting Imran Niazi's rebel activities and inciting him to rebel against the constitution.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman reiterated that all funding to Imran Khan Niazi is coming from India and Israel.
