PML-F leader Muhammad Ali Durrani on Thursday said he had conveyed a special message of his party chief Pir Pagara to PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, asking him to follow the “track-II dialogue”, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Talking to media persons outside Kot Lakhpat Jail in Lahore where he met the imprisoned PML-N leader, Durrani stressed the need for talks and using the Parliament as a platform to resolve the issues. There should not be any clash in the country, he said.
Durrani said everyone from the opposition should be freed and added that everyone – establishment, judiciary and opposition – should play their role to solve the problems.
According to Durrani, Pir Pagara [Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi] is of the view that there should be a dialogue with Parliament being used again for discussing issues as resignations could push the state of affairs to a very turbulent point.
Calling for greater cooperation among political parties, Durrani said there was an urgent need for the people having the thinking of the Muslim League to come closer.
Earlier, Durrani held a meeting with the imprisoned leader of the opposition and discussed different issues pertaining to the country’s political affairs.
