Closure of marriage halls: Owners to go on protest across Sindh

The Marriage Halls Owners Association announced on Friday that they would go on protest against the closure of wedding halls in Sindh province.
The body showed resentment over the decision taken in wake of spread of Indian delta.
The association president told the media that all the marriage halls were abiding by SOPs issued by the Sindh government. He said an emergency meeting has been called to devise strategy to cope with this challenge

The provincial government announced fresh curbs on movement, restricting business hours and restaurants operations, and closing down marriage halls and educational institutes.
The marriage halls and other public gatherings and shrines will also be closed down from Monday while restaurants will not be allowed to operate dine-in and dine-out facilities after July 25.
