Finance Minister Ishaq Dar chairs ECC meeting

The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet met with Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in the chair.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, the ECC approved a sugar export period extension for the Sindh quota
The sugar mills of Sindh will be able to export the remaining 32,000 metric tonnes of sugar.
The meeting also approved funding for salaries and pensions of the Pakistan Railways employees and expenses of the provinces and the supplementary grants of ministries.
