Lahore, Karachi Flight Information Region facing GPS reception glitch

Problems in receiving Aircraft Global Positioning Signals (GPS) during flights in Lahore and Karachi have started to increase, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The air authorities have received many complaints regarding having difficulty in receiving GP signals in Lahore and Karachi’s Flight Information Region (FIR).
Moreover, planes within 100 nautical miles around Lahore are facing the GPS reception problem and due to the non-reception of GP signals, they might encounter some serious problems during flight.
Aviation authorities have instructed pilots to inform immediately in case of non-reception of signals.
