Fly Jinnah flight carrying 164 passengers makes emergency landing as pilot reports fire

A flight of Fly Jinnah Airlines made an emergency landing at the Lahore airport after it caught fire, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
According to sources, the Lahore-bound flight P846 pilot made a Mayday call after the pilot reported fire in its cargo area.
They added 164 passengers, including women and children, were on board.
The pilot was instructed to open all doors and emergency slides after landing, the sources said adding that passengers remained safe.
An examination of the cargo area of the aircraft found no evidence of fire, the insiders said, adding that the pilot was taken to the CAA Medical Unit for medical tests and examination.
