Senior education officers removed from posts after failing test

The School Education Department has decided to remove senior education officers from the administrative posts after they failed to pass the test undertaken by the department, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
According to details, School Education Department also sought complete details of all these officials. The percentage of successful candidates were enhanced to get positive results for deputation of officials on different posts.
But around 50 percent officials failed to clear the examination despite decrease in percentage criteria from 50 percent to 33 percent.
Now, concerned authorities considering to stern action against all those officials who failed to clear the test.
At least 250 officials failed to pass the test. Concerned officials are also considering to retire all those officials who obtained less than 15 marks.
Among those who failed in this test include, principal, head teacher, deputy headmistress or other officials who are still performing their duties in different administrative positions.
