Some armed persons broke into the house of a man and shot dead him along with his two wives in Kali Rodeni area in Sorab, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, the killers fled the scene after putting the trio to death. Raids are being conducted to arrest them as police have cordoned off the area.

The dead bodies were dispatched to the DHQ Hospital.

As per the initial police investigation, slain Muhammad Hayat contracted second marriage with ‘N’ who was eloped with him. The parents of “N’ were fumed at their daughter’s elopement and marriage with Hayat.

The father of ‘N’ along with other accused allegedly barged into the house of Hayat and shot dead him and his two wives, including his own daughter ‘N’.

Police said that the deceased belonged to Baseema area of district Washak.
