Christmas celebrated with fervour in Pakistan

Like other parts of the world, Christmas was celebrated with religious zeal and fervour in Pakistan too, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

A message of peace, love and happiness was shared throughout the country. Prayer ceremonies were organised in the churches.

Special prayers for the security, peace and stability of the country were also held.

Santa Clauses distributed gifts to children at the cake cutting ceremonies held in connection with Christmas.

Streets were decorated with colourful lights; Christmas trees were also prepared in houses.
