Govt to run nationwide anti-polio campaign in January

The government has decided to run a nationwide anti-polio campaign next month, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
According to the report, the first nationwide phase of the national polio campaign will be from January 8 to 14 and the second phase will run from January 15 to 19 in the areas of Bannu and North Waziristan.
As per the report, the final phase of the national polio campaign will run from January 22 to 26 in South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province.
During the campaign, more than four and a half crore children will be vaccinated against polio and more than 0.3 million frontline workers will be deployed countrywide.
