Death of ‘party girl’: Evidence mounts, suspects still at large

Police have launched a hunt for the persons who brought a ‘party girl’ to Jinnah Hospital in Karachi and fled as she breathed her last, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.
The suspects took the girl to the hospital early in the morning in a car bearing registration BXP 708.
They introduced themselves as Sahrish alias Sherry and Gibran. They disappeared as soon as the girl was pronounced dead.
Postmortem has been performed but the cause of death is to be ascertained as yet.
The vehicle, owned by Nadeem Wali, was later found abandoned in Khayaban Badr, police sources said adding that the car was rented out.
Police said the accused will be arrested and brought to book soon.
The deceased is identified as Ayesha from Punjab. She was residing in Saddar Karachi. She is stated to be a ‘dance party worker’
Police and other agencies have obtained the woman's fingerprints and they are piecing together evidence.
A post-mortem report will be finalized in light of the chemical analysis report, said police.
