Desirous of love marriage, a young couple was allegedly poisoned to death in Hassanabdal, reported 24NewsHD Tv channel on Tuesday.

According to police, the family of the deceased Fahad Baig filed a murder case against the girl's family.

The family of the deceased boy Fahad Baig alleged that after the engagement, the girl's family was unhappy with the relationship.

They further alleged that we suspect that both of them were poisoned by the girl's family members.

Police said that the victim Fahad Baig was resident of Khanpur while the girl belongs to Hassanabdal.

The investigation is ongoing, the poisoning will be known only after the post-mortem report comes, police said.
