PTI approaches DC Office to celebrate founder’s birthday at Minar-e-Pakistan

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has requested the Lahore deputy commissioner to hold a gathering at the Minar-e-Pakistan to mark the birthday of party founder Imran Khan, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
PTI Punjab leader Akmal Khan submitted the application to the Deputy Commissioner's Office, stating October 5 is the birthday of the party founder the public gathering should be allowed.
It added: “The Tehreek-e-Insaf is the largest party in the country. We want to hold a public gathering on October 5 from 5 pm to 10 pm. We should be allowed to celebrate our leader's birthday.
“All the participants will fully follow all the rules and regulations. Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Tahirul Qadri also held a meeting at the Minar-e-Pakistan.”
