Highly admired Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik stands with India in the gruelling and unpredictable Covid-19 surge.
The renowned 39-year-old cricketer left a tweet on his Twitter account: ‘Thoughts and prayers with India in these difficult times, may the Almighty help us to tide over the unprecedented tragedies of Covid’s second wave.’

Malik declares his deepest sentiments for the punishing situation in India. He offers his prayers for the neighbour against the harsh miseries that the pandemic is throwing India’s way.
Though the times are challenging, the Pakistani cricketer offers a prayer asking the Almighty to help us waver off and guard ourselves against the imposing effects of Covid-19’s second wave.
It is no secret to anybody that India is suffering from a very intense Covid-19 phase. The cases keep increasing at an abnormal rate and the hospitals have no more available beds to accommodate everyone.
Shoaib Malik is a 39-year-old widely acknowledged Pakistani cricketer who plays for the Pakistan national cricket team and Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League.
