Pakistani social media star and emerging actress Dananeer Mobeen has lately decided to enlighten her massive fan following regarding the dire need to talk about mental health issues.

Dananeer Mobeen has posted a video on her Instagram handle during which she has been seen offering an urge to speak up about mental health issues while promoting a remarkable campaign named ‘Shams’ which has been launched by SoL (school of leadership).

SoL is A social development organization that nurtures projects in areas of Education, Citizenship & Peace, Youth Development, Disaster Management and Health.

Moving on, here are the exact declarations put forward by Dananeer Mobeen during the span of videos: “we all experience mental health issues in some ways but do no talk about them. The mental health issues sometimes associate with common reasons like poor exams grades, dispute with friend. It also happens that sometime we do not even understand that how much our emotions affecting our mental health. I feel that we should advocate for our mental health in the same way that we do for our physical health. For this, today I want to inform all of you regarding ‘Shams’ which is UNICEF and School of Leadership foundation’s campaign which makes youngsters and their parents aware about mental health issues.
