Madrassa imam arrested for raping female teacher in Jhelum

Police in Jhelum have arrested an imam of a religious seminary (madrassa) for raping a married woman who also taught at the same institute, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.  

On the other hand, Kala Gujran Police have said that the initial medical report has confirmed rape with the teacher.

The Force has said that samples would be sent to a laboratory in Lahore for DNA tests.

Man harassing woman arrested in Peshawar

The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Cyber Crime Circle in Peshawar has arrested a man for harassing his ex-wife online besides confiscating his cellphone.

According to the FIA, Mohsin first edited and then shared objectionable videos of the complainant on WhatsApp.

“He was arrested from the city’s University Road,” the Agency has said, adding the suspect even sent those videos to the woman’s family members.

It has emerged that Mohsin had been blackmailing his ex-wife for the past several months.
