The Department of College Education in Sindh has extended the deadline for online admissions to Class XI until August 31, 2024, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.
This extension is a final opportunity for all first-year intermediate students across the province to submit their admission applications.
The decision to extend the deadline was made in response to the widespread difficulties faced by students due to internet service disruptions across the country, according to the College Education Department.
Intermediate classes in colleges are scheduled to begin on September 2, 2024. The department has also instructed all college principals in Karachi to immediately update the SECCAP portal with details of any absent faculty members. Additionally, principals have been directed to promptly submit data regarding previous enrollments in the concerned faculties.
