Two arrested for torturing Narowal college student

Police have arrested two students for abducting and brutally thrashing a youth in Narowal accusing him of harassing a girl, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The video of the brutal was torture also surfaced on social media.
The accused also stripped off the victim—student of the first year— and recorded the torture session.
The victim kept on asking to let him go but the accused continued brutalizing him.
The police have lodged an FIR on the complaint of the father of the victim.
