Youth shot dead for resisting robbery in Karachi

A youth was shot dead by robbers on for resisting a dacoity at Malir’s Liaquat Market in Karachi on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to family of the deceased, Nabeel Ahmad had gone to his grandmother and in-laws where this tragic incident took place.

The deceased was employed in a bank and used to do mobile repairing work at part-time.

The deceased was the brother of four sisters and the father of a child.

Police said that the deceased youth was a resident of Shershah area and was shot dead when the robbers tried to snatch his motorcycle.

This year, the number of people who were killed due to robbery resistance has increased to 27.
