KP Health Department sacks 12 absent doctors

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department has dismissed 12 doctors over absence from duty, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

A separate notification has been issued for the dismissal of doctors.

According to notification, the duty was not joined even on the notices sent by the Director General (DG) Health to the absent doctors at their homes.

Among the sacked, six doctors are female including Dr Faiza Gohar, Dr Farah Gul, Dr Uzma Ehsan, Dr Mehreen Akhtar and Dr Roheela Gul.

Among the male sacked doctors are Dr Jahangir, Dr Javidullah, Dr Muhammad Uzair, Dr Muhammad Saeed Ilyas, Dr Kafayat Ali, Dr Sohail Ahmed and Dr Taimur Zeib.
