Pakistan has succeeded in breaking an Indian terrorist network of top agents Ashok Kumar Anand and Yogesh Kumar, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Thursday.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Thursday, Foreign Secretary Muhammad Syrus Sajjad Qazi has said that another irrefutable proof of India's state terrorism has come to light in Pakistan.
The foreign secretary disclosed that they have collected evidence that India is violating the sovereignty of Pakistan.
Syrus said they have evidence related to the Indian agents Ashok Kumar Anand and Yogesh Kumar who were involved in killing a Pakistani citizen Shahid Latif a mosque in Sialkot and Muhammad Raiz in Rawalakot.
He disclosed that Indian agent Yogesh Kumar alias Umair planned the murders and prepared a team of five target killers as per his confession.
The Pakistan foreign secretary urged the international community to hold India accountable as the Modi government has set an example of target killing at the global level.
Providing details of the Indian target killings in Pakistan, the secretary said India has not spared any effort to destabilize the countries of the region and conduct terrorist activities in the region, especially in Pakistan.
He said Pakistani security agencies have successfully exposed Indian terrorist groups and Indian handlers and facilitators involved in terrorist activities and targeted killings.
Syrus said Pakistan's security agencies have exposed with the help of irrefutable evidence that Indian citizens Ashok Kumar Anand and Yogesh Kumar are directly involved in the murder of Mohammad Riaz and Shahid Latif.
The secretary said Pakistan's law enforcement agencies arrested the target killers of Muhammad Riaz and Shahid Latif in the light of irrefutable evidence. He added that the target killers, their accomplices and facilitators were arrested while they were trying to escape from Pakistan.
Muhammad Riaz was killed on 8 September 2023 in Rawalakot while Shahid Latif was killed by target killers on 11 October 2023 in Daska.
The secretary said the murdered Muhammad Riaz and Shahid Latif were peaceful citizens and their only crime was that they exposed the Indian brutality in Kashmir and the hideous face of India.
He said investigative agencies have credible evidence that Indian nationals in a third country were involved in this entire targeted killing campaign, who were funding it as well as giving instructions and controlling the campaign. India has killed various innocent people in terrorist acts in other countries including Pakistan.
He said India is engaged in continuous violations of international laws India is in complete violation of Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and Article 2 (4) of the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
The foreign secretary also said that Indian intelligence agency RAW is playing the role of a global terrorist organization as state-sponsored extrajudicial killings by Indian agencies in Pakistan and internationally have already been exposed. India killed Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Najar in Canada last year and the Canadian government reacted strongly diplomatically and highlighted the killing on the world stage.
India planned to kill all the Sikh leaders who raised their voices against India's atrocities. After Najar's murder, India planned the assassination of American-based Sikh leader Gur Patwant Singh Pannu, which was exposed by the timely action of American intelligence agencies and the accused of this murder conspiracy is facing judicial proceedings in the United States.
Pakistan Foreign Secretary Syrus said India has created a group of mercenary assassins worldwide through RAW so the United Nations (UN) should take notice of this blatant terrorism and violation of international laws by India and demand an answer from it.
