Pakistan Navy is set to organise the 9th International Peace Exercise and the first-ever Peace Dialogue from February 7 to 11, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a significant highlight of the event will be the Peace Dialogue, where Naval Chiefs and Coast Guard Chiefs from around the globe will discuss a unified strategy to address regional security and maritime challenges.
More than 120 delegations from across the world will attend the inaugural Peace Dialogue, while over 60 nations will participate in the Peace Exercise 2025 with their ships, aircraft, special service groups, and representatives.
This large-scale military event, involving over 4,000 participants, will be one of the most prominent and historic naval activities in the region.
The Peace Exercise, aimed at promoting regional harmony and collaboration, will feature both harbour and sea phases. The opening ceremony will take place at the Pakistan Navy Dockyard.
The event will also showcase counter-terrorism demonstrations by the Pak Marines and the Special Services Group (Navy), along with joint operations against maritime crimes at sea.
The exercise will conclude with an International Fleet Review on February 11, attended by top national and international dignitaries.
