Chairmen of different standing committees of NA elected

Chairmen of different standing committees of the National Assembly were elected, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Wednesday.
According to details, Syed Naveed Qamar has been elected as the Chairman of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Finance during a committee meeting.
Hina Rabbani Khar has been elected as the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs. Her nomination was proposed by Ayesha Nazir and seconded by Shaista Pervaiz Malik during the committee meeting.
Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Communications at their meeting.
Abdul Qadir Patel was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Maritime Affairs. His nomination was proposed by Khurram Manzoor Manj and supported by Aun Chaudhry and Agha Rafiullah during the committee meeting.
Dr Mahesh Kumar Malani has been elected as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on National Health Services, Regulations, and Coordination. His nomination was proposed by Dr Muhammad Shahbaz Babar and seconded by Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani during the committee meeting.
Khalid Hussain Magsi was elected as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Water Resources. His nomination was proposed by Rai Hassan Nawaz Khan during the committee meeting.
The committee members expressed their gratitude and congratulated the newly elected chairpersons on their appointments.
