May 9 cases: Bail pleas hearing of Yasmin , Omer put off till May 29

Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore while hearing the case of setting the PML-N office on fire on May 9, put off the hearing of PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid’s bail plea request till May 29, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Arshad Javed conducted the hearing. During the hearing, the court ordered the prosecution to produce the record of the case otherwise the court will pronounce the verdict.
Dr. Yasmin Rashid's lawyer Burhan Moazzam has already completed his arguments.
PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid is also accused of burning down the office of PML-N in Model Town Lahore. The bail application of Dr Rashid had been approved in two cases of May 9.
Meanwhile, the ATC court also deferred the hearing of bail appeals of PTI leader Umar Sarfraz Cheema till May 29 in four difference cases including setting a PML-N office, a container and police vans on fire.
ATC Judge Arshad Javed ordered the prosecution to produce the records of the cases. Cheema’s counsel claimed that PTI leader has nothing to do with the May 9 cases therefore the former governor should be given bail in the cases.
