PIA pilots record video of shining object in skies

Pakistan International Airlines pilots have recorded a video of a shining object flying high in the skies, reported 24News Channel Wednesday.

Commenting on the sighting of a shining object in the skies by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) pilot, spokesman for the airline said on Wednesday that the object was sighted on January 23 when a flight was on its way to Lahore from Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In his video statement, the spokesman said the pilot had seen the object somewhere between Sahiwal and Multan.

He further said that the pilot immediately reported the incident.

“Video of the incident also went viral on social media,” he said.

However, he added nothing could be said with certainty as to what that object was.

“It is premature to say what that object was and perhaps the pilot can never say with surety what he had seen,” he said, and added, “Nevertheless it is a fact that the object was reported as sighted.”
