Kartik Aryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’ crosses 71 crore in box office worldwide

The famous Bollywood Actor, Kartik Aryan recently starred in the movie ‘Chandu Champion’ which faced tough competition with ‘Munjya’, and successfully grabbed the audience's attention just a few days after its release.

The gross domestic collection stands at 60.65 crore, while the worldwide box office collection of the movie crosses 71.15 crore.

This movie was directed by ‘Kabir Khan’ and is a sports-based movie on the life of India’s first-ever Paralympics gold medal winner Murlikant Petkar.

Kartik Aryan plays a denominative role in this film which also stars Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, and Yashpal Sharma in important roles. For this movie, Kartik went through a paramount transformation, let it be physical or psyche which took him several months to achieve.

Recently during his interview at Etimes Kartik shared: ‘Both of them (physical and emotional of getting into the part) were difficult and co-related. Building this body was a work of patience and it took long. I had never imagined a film like this, a genre like this and this is something I’ve never attempted. For me, I was trying to give my 200 percent be it psyche or physique in every way possible. We did a lot of workshops, and reading sessions with a dialect expert to get the Marathi lingo and to not overdo it. There’s always a thin line between making it sound correct and overdoing it. It’s been quite a while since we started prepping for this film. All said and done, I’m proud of this film."
