Three-day spring festival concludes in Neelum Valley’s Sharda with vibrant celebrations

The historic and scenic town of Sharda in Neelum Valley hosted a three-day Spring Festival, concluding with a series of colorful events, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
