Senior journalist Fawad Khurshid passes away in Islamabad
Funeral will be held today after Isha prayers

Fawad Khurshid, a senior journalist and director news at Public News, passed away in Islamabad on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
He was 44 years old and had been seriously ill for a year.
He had been in the field of journalism for nearly 20 years.
During that period, he worked with different news channels including Geo, Dawn, Capital, Neo and Public News.
He also hosted many programmes on news channels.
His funeral will be offered today after Isha prayers at Fazaiya Masjid in Fazaiya Housing Scheme, Islamabad.
