Police raided the residence of PTI leader Qazi Ahmad Akbar in Attock, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
It was stated that the district president is wanted in the May 9 incident case.
He has been on the run since the registration of the case
Qazi Ahmed Akbar confirmed the police raid in a tweet.
He said that the police ransacked his house but he has been standing firm.
