IG Islamabad orders all SHOs to ensure presence in police station daily from 4 to 6 pm

Inspector General (IG) Islamabad Ali Nasir Rizvi ordered all the Station House Officers (SHOs) of the capital city to ensure their presence in the police station from 4 to 6 pm daily.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the IG Islamabad warned all SHOs that they would be monitored by close circuit cameras connected to the Safe City project during these hours.
The IG Islamabad also said that the biometric attendance of police officers will be reviewed and any negligence in public service delivery will not be tolerated in any case.
