Celebrated Pakistani actress Sonya Hussyn has evidently become QUITE disappointed at LSA2021 (Lux Style Awards 2021) for not nominating her drama Saraab in any of the categories.

Miss Hussyn has revealed her frustration regarding the unfair norms observed in award functions and has further declared her disappointment regarding a project like ‘Saraab’ not being considered at all.

She believes that everyone wants ‘meaningful’ content but when a project like that is released, no one appreciates it.

“Aren’t those double standards?” Sonya inquired.

Sonya fails to understand the criteria behind award shows and then she stated some of her projects including ‘Aesi Hai Tanhai’, ‘Nazo’, ‘Ishq Zahe Naseeb’, ‘Shikwa’ and ‘Meri Guriya’ not being taken into consideration at all.

It seems that Miss Hussyn has had enough because she reveals that this has been going on since the past seven years and she has remained silent.

While concluding her stance, Sonya declared a smart observation: “In a country where veteran artists are given lifetime achievement awards after they are gone, then of course who am I to question?”
