Karachi Police announce reward for reporting aerial firing on New Year's Eve

The Karachi Police Chief, Khadim Rind, has announced a cash reward for those who inform the police about the aerial firing on New Year's Eve, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Wednesday.
He said the name of the informer will be kept confidential and that the police will also deploy officers in civilian clothes to monitor the situation.
He added that a case of attempted murder will be registered against the person who fired in the air and that people can also send videos of aerial firing to the police.
He appealed to the civil society to cooperate with the police in maintaining law and order in the city.
