Khadija Bakhtiar receives Elise and Walter Haas Int’l Award

University of California, Berkeley awarded Pakistan’s Khadija Bakhtiar Shah “Elise and Walter Haas International Award 2024” in recognition of her services for promotion of education internationally, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Elise and Walter Hass International Award was awarded to any alumni on every year.
It is necessary to mention here that prior to this award former prime minister of Pakistan Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the only Pakistani in 50 years who won the Elise and Water Award.
Khadija Bakhtiar Shah is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Teach For Pakistan. She is the daughter of former federal minister Nelofar Bakhtiar.
