The father of a child who was seen driving a vehicle on a Multan road this week took the ‘driver’ to Cantt Police Station on Thursday.
The father of Fahad Khan submitted an affidavit to the police, promising such sheer negligence won’t happen again and the boy would not be let drive before the minimum age required to obtain the licence.
He said he was oblivious of the incident that came to spotlight after the footage of Fahad’s driving went viral on the social media.
Police sprang into action and formed special squads to find out the child and the persons responsible for the incident.
The police imposed Rs1,000 fine on the vehicle owner and the top traffic cop warned the boy not to do such act.
