Naseem Shah reaches 50 Test wickets milestone

Pakistan's young pacer Naseem Shah Thursday completed his 50 wickets in the Test format.
Naseem, who picked the last three wickets on day four of the second Test against Sri Lanka, now has 51 wickets in the longer format.

The right-arm pacer made his Test debut at the age of 16 against Australia in Brisbane in 2019. The pacer rose to fame with his brilliant bowling in Test cricket followed by his dominance in the T20 Asia Cup 2022 and ICC T20 World Cup 2022.
On day 4 of the second Test that Pakistan won by an innings and 222 runs, the right-arm pacer set the tone for Nauman Ali who was brilliant with his spell of 7-70.
Pakistan declared their first innings at 576-5 soon after Mohammad Rizwan completed his half-century within starting two overs on the fourth day.
