Suo Motu power constantly being misused: Naveed Qamar

Federal Minister Syed Naveed Qamar Tuesday challenged the Suo Motu powers of the judges and said these are constantly being misused.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the federal minister gave these remarks during his speech in the National Assembly on Tuesday.
Addressing the House, Federal Minister Syed Naveed Qamar said the courts unnecessarily interfered in political matters and the suo-motu notice is constantly being misused.
The federal minister said that any case that is in High Court or Trial Court is not taken a suo-motu notice of it.
Naveed Qamar said that Parliament should not tolerate this issue any more and the House should take a decision on this today.
